Ross is either a perfectionist or very annoying, it depends who you ask. He prefers cats to dogs.
Ross has worked in the IT industry since 1999, and founded the business with the aim of bringing the highest standards in IT support to Small and Medium-sized businesses, at an affordable price.
Prior to founding Computercentric, Ross was IT Manager for a large manufacturing company in Aldridge, and subsequently a partner in an IT Support company based in Birmingham. A graduate in Biochemistry, Ross brings a methodical and scientific approach to the business and the challenges faced by our clients.
Ross is a certified MCSE, a Panasonic Telephony engineer, and an accredited Fujitsu solutions expert. In recent years he has focused on designing and developing bespoke business management and intelligence systems. Leveraging considerable .NET and SQL skills, he has both the technical skills for successful software architecture, as well as the consultancy skills required to liaise with businesses and their staff, to ensure a successful implementation.
In his spare time, Ross enjoys DIY, photography and dusting the fitness equipment he one day intends to use.
